Return Policy

We want you to feel confident when ordering a Bridal Curves gown. Thus, we will allow you to return your wedding gown if ordered online, by telephone, fax, or email by following our guidelines for a return posted here. Products and services ordered in our Showroom or to be picked up in our Showroom cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or cancelled under any circumstances.

Measurements

We ask you to take your measurements and provide them to us at the time of ordering. When accurate measurements are provided, we can help you decide on the size to fit closest to your body. If measurements are not provided at the time of ordering, there will be no refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.


Alterations

Depending on your body type, you might need an alteration or two for a perfect fit. Please keep this in mind when reviewing your gown order. Many of our gowns are easy to alter if needed. Most bridal gowns have up to 2" of seam allowance in the side seams. Bridal Curves houses an experienced alterations department and can help you with your alterations for additional charges. Also, if you need extra fabric or lace, we can usually order it with your gown for additional charges.


Plus Size Wedding Dresses and Plus Size Formalwear Order Exchanges

If you need a different size, call us as soon as possible. Many times we will be able to expedite the exchange or make suggestions to meet your needs. If you have any questions, please call 888.207.9850 toll-free Monday through Friday between 10 am and 6 pm MST.


Plus Size Wedding Gowns Order Returns

In the event you are dissatisfied with a gown purchased online, by email, fax, or telephone, please return it to us. We will accept returns on new un-touched non-altered wedding gowns. We do not accept returns on special orders or specialty ordered gowns such as but not limited to hollow to hem gowns, special measurement gowns, in stock gowns, or discontinued gowns. We will accept returns on merchandise that is defective if the defect occurred prior to receipt of the product by the Customer. We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on Veils, Gloves, Flower girl Dresses, Bras, Lingerie, Accessories, Invitations, Prom dresses, Special Occasion Dresses, Spanx products, plus size clothing products, or slips.

We will accept your return if you follow these steps:

  • Call 888.207.9850 toll-free within three days of receiving your order to obtain authorization for the return or exchange, and to receive your authorization number. We must receive a verbal phone confirmation that you would like to return the gown and you must have a return authorization number from us.
  • Write the authorization number issued by Bridal Curves clearly on the outside of the box.
  • Mail the item(s) within three days of receiving it. Your return box must be postmarked within the three-day grace period. All return items must not have been worn, altered, damaged and the garment tags must remain attached. The Customer is responsible for and will incur any shipping costs, fees, transaction fees and/or insurance fees to return the product.
  • Ship the items prepaid and insured, for at least the value of the product being returned, to the return address on your package.
  • All merchandise must be returned in new condition. Merchandise that is not returned in the condition it was sent to the Customer will not be returnable, and the Customer will be obligated for the full purchase price. All returned packages must have a return authorization number on them.

Once we receive your return, we will promptly issue an exchange, credit or refund of the total purchase price, minus the shipping and handling charges and a 10% re-stocking fee per item.

Only orders placed on the Bridal Curves website, by telephone, fax, or email that have been returned according to the return policy will be accepted. Once the gown has been ordered, the order cannot be cancelled. If the Customer has tried on or picks the product up in the Bridal Curves Showroom, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and there will be no refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or returns under any circumstances.

NOTE: Dresses that are special order or ordered with custom changes are not returnable, exchangeable, cancellable, or refundable under any circumstances. Special order or custom changes are defined as any special changes that are made to the dress including but not limited to extra length, petite cut, custom cut measurements, hollow to hems, change of sleeves or neckline, special sizes, special color options other than those available on our website or any other change that would make the product custom to attempt to better fit the customer that purchased it.


Plus Size Bridesmaids Dresses and Plus Size Mother of the Bride Dresses Order Returns

We cannot accept returns for bridal parties ordering two or more formalwear dresses. If you need a different size, please contact us immediately, so we can do our best to accommodate your needs. Additional charges may apply.

Dresses for bridal parties must be ordered all at the same time by one person using one credit card. Gowns can be shipped individually to each bridesmaid as long as the shipping information is given at the time the order is placed and additional shipping charges for each destination are paid.

If Bridal Curves recommends a size at the time an order is placed and the customer wishes to order a size smaller or larger and the gown does not fit, it is not exchangeable, returnable, or cancellable and there will be no refunds under any circumstances.


Plus Size Prom Dresses and Plus Size Formalwear Order Returns

Individual formalwear orders are returnable. Please follow the instructions in the section above titled Plus Size Wedding Gowns Order Returns. If you need a different size, please contact us immediately, so we can do our best to accommodate your needs. Additional charges may apply.


Invitation Order Returns

There are no returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges on invitation orders. Once the proof has been approved, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.


Damaged Merchandise

Unless the product purchased is a sample, all merchandise shipped to Customers by Bridal Curves is in new condition. If you feel your merchandise is damaged you must let us know within 3 days after your carrier has delivered the package. If our staff determines that the merchandise is defective or damaged then we will contact the manufacturer, and we will repair or replace the product as appropriate. If we find that the merchandise is not defective in any way or has been damaged or mishandled by the Customer, then the merchandise will be shipped back to the Customer and no refund, exchange, return, or cancellation will be allowed. We will incur shipping charges on damaged merchandise except on orders outside the United States. We will not incur shipping or insurance charges on merchandise that is found not to be damaged or that has been damaged or mishandled by the Customer.


Refunds

Refunds are issued in US Dollars. We are not responsible for currency exchange rates or any changes in exchange rates over time.


Taxes, Duties, Tariffs and/or Brokerage Fees

We are not responsible for any additional charges such as taxes, duties, tariffs, or brokerage fees that may apply to international orders. To find out which if any of these may apply, please contact the appropriate governmental authority, shipping authorities, or other authorities. We are not responsible for orders locked in any Country's customs process, seized by governments under customs, trade embargoes, or other laws, or any other governmental seizure of the products after they leave the Bridal Curves Showroom.
