Order Terms & Agreement

Sales Orders, Invoices, Sales Receipts, and Credit Memo Agreements

Orders initiated via the Telephone, Fax, Email, Telegraph, Smoke Signal, or through the Bridal Curves Website:

Thank you for your purchase. By making this purchase from Bridal Curves (“BC”) the Customer agrees to the following terms, the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy posted at www.bridalcurves.com, the company’s website. Customer agrees that the Privacy Policy on BC’s website applies to any information the Customer provides to BC and/or its personnel at the Showroom, on the telephone, thru the website, by fax, by email, by mail, by telegraph, by smoke signal, or by any other means.

BC will attempt to have all items on this Invoice, Sales Order, Sales Receipt, or Credit Memo available for the customer by the "need-by" date. However, BC cannot and does not guarantee that items will be available by any specific date. Any "need by" date is aspirational and does not make time of the essence. Special services such as alterations, cleaning and steaming, are subject to an additional charge unless specifically listed. Such services may take up to two additional weeks or be rushed for an additional rush charge. Should an order be delayed due to changes requested by the Customer to the products or services, BC shall not be responsible for delays in delivery of the products or services to the Customer. Further, BC shall not be liable for delays in delivery of the products and services to the Customer for any event or incident out of BC’s control.

After an order has been confirmed, we cannot cancel or issue any refunds or make any changes to the order. Customer is responsible for all size(s) chosen, all measurements taken, and accuracy of any measurements provided to BC by the Customer or its representative. See the BC return policy for further questions on returns or exchanges. There are no returns or exchanges of any kind except as indicated in the return policy listed at www.bridalcurves.com . Any outstanding balance is due, payable and charged upon BC having possession of ordered products. Orders over 60 days past due will be charged to the credit card on file. After merchandise has been accepted by customer, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Any problem with any product must be reported to BC in person or by telephone immediately prior to acceptance. Merchandise is deemed accepted after 72 hours of receipt of shipment at Customer’s shipping address on file at BC. BC will have reasonable opportunity to cure any reported problem. Customer is responsible to inspect merchandise to ensure it is satisfactory in every way, including for intended use, before occurrence of any event that constitutes acceptance. Customer is responsible to ensure that information in any order documents is accurate.

The Customer and any party paying on its behalf further agrees that BC's liability is limited to the amount paid to it by the Customer or any other party for the products and services, and, that under no circumstances will BC be liable to the Customer or any other party for any amount in excess of what was paid to BC by the Customer or any other party. The parties agree that after acceptance of any merchandise above, any and all disputes between the parties that cannot be consensually resolved shall be decided exclusively through binding arbitration in Salt Lake City, UT, USA by the American Arbitration Association, with the prevailing party entitled to recover costs and reasonable attorney fees.

Orders initiated via the Telephone, Fax, Email, Telegraph, Smoke Signal, through the Bridal Curves Website, or in the Bridal Curves Showroom that have Custom changes or for products that were on sale or discounted as samples or stock sales:

ALL SALES AND ORDERS ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES. THERE WILL BE NO RETURN, REFUND, CANCELLATION, OR EXCHANGE OF THIS ORDER OR ORDERS OF TWO (2) OR MORE FORMALWEAR PRODUCTS.

Customer is responsible to try on and/or inspect merchandise at or before taking it out of the BC Showroom. Once Customer has taken merchandise out of the BC Showroom, it is deemed to have been accepted by the Customer and it cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled. If the product was shipped directly to the Customer after the Customer inspected a sample of the product in the BC Showroom, the Customer is deemed to have accepted the product upon shipment and it cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled and there will be no refunds. Any problem with any product must be reported to BC in person or by telephone immediately prior to acceptance. BC will have reasonable opportunity to cure any reported problem. Customer is responsible to inspect merchandise to ensure it is satisfactory in every way, including for intended use, before occurrence of any event that constitutes acceptance.
